Hi, I’m Emma - the founder of Hitt Virtual Solutions.

I’m a virtual assistant passionate about helping busy business owners stay organized, supported, and focused on what matters most in their work. I specialize in providing reliable behind-the-scenes support through inbox management, scheduling, social media assistance, and general administrative tasks.

I understand how quickly small business operations can become overwhelming, and I’m here to help lighten the load with consistency, communication, and attention to detail.

My goal is simple: to help you save time, reduce stress, and keep your business running smoothly.

Experience & Background

I bring a strong foundation in business operations, administration, and client management, supported by both education and hands-on experience.

I am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with graduation expected this month (May 2026). I hold an Associate’s degree in Business Management from the Washington State College of Ohio. Along with formal education, I’ve earned certifications in Salesforce, invoicing systems, client intake processes, bookkeeping, and business operations.

Professionally, I’ve worked as a Retail Operations Manager at a small business, where I oversaw daily operations, organization, and coordination. I have also worked as an Administrative Assistant, where I supported scheduling, communication, and documentation.

My experience also includes running my own housekeeping business for over three years. Through that, I handled everything from client intake, consultations, scheduling, business tracking, and operational coordination. That experience gave me a real understanding of what it takes to run and maintain a business from the ground up.

I am highly skilled in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Zoom, data tracking, documentation, and pipeline-style organization systems.
